New work- japanese alloys & textured silver.
A great start to the year! I have recently enjoyed 2 workshops with visiting jewellers & discovered some new techniques using Japanese alloys. My new work features the use of shibuichi & shakudo and mokume-gan. All were used in times gone by for sword inlay. Now utilized for earrings and cuff links in a contemporary way.
