From an early age I have been fascinated with rocks, gems and design of all types. I collected rock specimens, sculpted pendants from plaster, painted them in acrylics and created clothes in all sorts of fabrics.
It wasn’t surprising that on discovering an art course in gold and silversmithing I immediately dropped my studies in economics and headed to art school. A decision I haven’t regretted.
